Information the site may collect

• VIP List: name, email address, optional city or ZIP, consent status, consent time, and signup source.
• Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, service interest, requested date or time, and optional notes.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as error logs that do not include full subscriber records or secrets.

How the information is intended to be used

• Use contact details to reply to questions and manage appointment inquiries.
• Send occasional marketing emails only when someone has actively opted in.
• Keep subscriber and booking information private, with server-side access rules.
• Include an unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
• Never sell personal information or publish subscriber details publicly.

Consent & unsubscribe

The VIP consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Joining the list is optional and is not required to book or ask a question. When someone chooses to join, consent is required to submit the signup. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests will update the subscriber's status so future marketing emails are not sent.
